Jacob Bellens: 'One Of A Kind' video premiere

With the first single Renegade sounding out of the radios with its uplifting beats and reflective lyrics, Jacob Bellens is ready to put out another song of the upcoming album Trail Of Intuition. With One Of A Kind, he accentuates another side of the record – stripping instrumentals and the tempo down; the sound concentrates on the sluggish piano and his distinctive voice. With the jazzy feel it provides, some might quickly recognize the similarities to Bellens’ successful single Untouchable from his previous album Polyester Skin, which is according to Bellens the sibling song of One Of A Kind.
The song is accompanied by a video directed by Rikke Benborg, which is inspired by the vintage films from the British children’s television show Sesame Street teaching kids about basic geometry – and by Russian constructivist theatre and the relationship between the theatrical object and the human body. The video is premiered now on Nothing But Hope And Passion.
