After more than a year on the road playing nearly 100 shows around the world, the tour has come to an end. Most recently Trentemøller and his band created some memorable moments on his concerts in the USA and Canada this fall. The video for „Sycamore Feeling“ (Marie Fisker version) from Tren- temøller‘s Reworked/Remixed album is written and directed by Danish video artist Diana Tørsløv. The video is set in a suburbian residential apar- ment building outside of Copenhagen. The woman, played by Marie Fisker herself, moves throught the building and into the apartments as a memory. It‘s a dreamlike feeling of everyday situations which have a link to certain pictures of memories in her mind. To begin with she is standing on top of the house, looking into others people‘s homes through the windows, then she moves into the apartments and at last she finds herself looking down at the building as it is just her own mind, she has been travelling through. The video was shot on RED by cinematographer Jens-Jakob Thorsen.
Diana Tørsløv: Since she left her work as a psychologist in the area of schizophrenia, Diana has worked as a video artist. Diana also directed the latest Marie Fisker video for the song Mirror Mirror.

Two very special guests are going to join Trentemøller and his band on stage at Webster Hall in New York on October 14th: Besides the amazing Theremin-virtuoso Dorit Crysler, Coco Sumner (from I Blame Coco)  will be there to perform ‘… Even Though You’re With Another Girl‘ with them.
21-year-old ‘Coco’ alias Eliot Paulina Sumner is had her debut album released last year and already worked with artists like Robyn, Miike Snow and Plan B.  Her version of ‘… Even Though You’re With Another Girl’ can also be found on Trentemøller’s upcoming album ‘Reworked/Remixed‘ which will be released next month.

The new movie by spanish director Pedro Almodóvar “The Skin I Live In” featuring famous actors like Antonio Banderas, Elena Anaya and Marisa Paredes is coming to the cinemas now. The film as well as the spanish and english trailer feature Trentemøller’s song “Shades Of Marble” from the album “Into The Great Wide Yonder” that was released on Trentemøller’s own label “In My Room” in year 2010 – on Mr. Almodóvar’s request.

The online contest to choose the cover artwork for the ‘Trentemøller vs. Efterklang’ release has come to an end now and we are happy to announce the lucky winner who’s picture has been picked out of so many beautiful, creative and inspiring artworks that were sent to us during the contest!
Trentemøller and Efterklang settled for the very special interpretation of a cover artwork by Yuki Takahashi which can be found now on their single ‘Raincoats vs Tide’ which is available now exclusively on iTunes including a booklet that features the top ten of the best artworks!

The single is a little foretaste of the forthcoming new Trentemøller album ‘Reworked / Remixed’ to be released in early November.
